The TYPES OF HEALTH
Physical health
Physical health is a major TYPE OF HEALTH. Concerning illness and physical vigor, physical health includes the general state of the body. He must have no disorder and have a well-functioning metabolism for a person to be considered healthy. Physical health is affected by advantageous habits, biology, and healthy working conditions.
Mental health
Mentally stable people realize that no one is perfect, that there are limitations for all, and that you can’t be all for everyone. They feel a variety of emotions every day, such as joy, affection, happiness, sorrow, annoyance, and rage.
Social health
Social health seeks to encourage people in interpersonal relationships to act, be affected, speak, discuss, and live together. Socially unhealthy individuals display actions that are not very different from individuals with behavioral and emotional disorders.
Emotional Health
Emotional wellbeing relates to the emotions of a person that cover all about you. It controls all of your choices, your mood, and who you are. What part of you is decided by how you feel about something, what is happening in your heart, not in your mind.
Environmental Health
The area of science that explores how the environment affects human health and disease is environmental health. In this sense, “environment” means things such as air, water, and soil in the natural environment, and also all the physical, chemical, biological, and social characteristics of our environment.
